As one of Queensland’s earliest nature-based tourist destinations, the Sanctuary is a physical embodiment of everything the NTAQ represents: to conserve and advance our natural and cultural heritage for future generations.As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, we have an opportunity for a driven and passionate Casual Guest Services Team Leader to join the team and deliver stand-out leadership skills and exceptional service to our guests. About the RoleIn our Guest Services Team Leader - Reservations role, you will report to the Reservations Manager and to the Guest Services Manager and assist with daily processing of Inbound and other group bookings and operations of the park and its facilities where required. You will be responsible for processing all inbound and other group bookings (including koala photos, food, animal encounters, educational products, and external tours) and assisting in coordination of the groups on site where required.   • A professional standard of personal presentation is essential
  • High level computer ability with Microsoft Office suite and POS/Reservations systems 
  • Must be comfortable working in an environment that includes mammals, birds and reptiles & be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
